CityCentre
CityCentre is a mixed-use development in the Memorial City district of Houston,
Texas. CityCentre is a 50-acre development with 2.1 million square feet of gross

Katy Mills, a climate controlled indoor value and outlet shopping center is home
to over 175 stores featuring a high-fashion line-up including H&M, Nike Factory
Store, Kate Spade New York, Fossil, Michael Kors, Coach Outlet, Saks Fifth
Avenue OFF 5th, Under Armour, Cole Haan, Tommy Bahama, PINK, Champs Sports,
Helzberg Diamonds and Steve Madden. Katy Mills is located at the intersection of
I-10 West and Pin Oak Road approximately 25 miles West of downtown Houston and

Memorial City Mall
The city-within-a-city, Memorial City is a premier mixed-use development owned
and managed by MetroNational. Located in West Houston, Memorial City runs along
the I-10 corridor, just inside Beltway 8, and contains 9 million square feet of
developed real estate across 265 acres. Memorial City is a unique blend of Class
A office space; retail, including the 1.7-million-square-foot Memorial City

PlazAmericas
PlazAmericas offers over 150 stores with a diverse variety of retailers,
restaurants, entertainment, carts and kiosks. Occupying 83,000 square feet, the
Mercado at PlazAmericas is filled with numerous stores and small businesses
providing unique items and services. The area includes the Jewelry Exchange
Center, a ten-story building. After the mall was renamed PlazAmericas, it took a
Latin American theme and catered to Hispanics. The anchor stores are Burlington,
SuperNova Furniture, America Cinemas, La Sorella, Gold Factory & Imports, and
Clarewood Supermercado.
The Galleria
Spanning 2.4 million square feet of space, housing 400 fine stores and
restaurants, two high-rise Westin hotels, and three office towers, The Galleria
is Houston’s most popular retail and tourist destination, meeting every style
and taste. A plethora of amenities, including a full-size ice rink for
recreational and figure skating, a state of the art children’s play area, two
swimming pools, full-service national and international banks, multiple tax-free
reimbursement locations for international guests, two tailor shops, several

The Woodlands Mall
The Woodlands Mall is a two-story, enclosed shopping mall located at the
intersection of Interstate 45 and Lake Woodlands Drive in the community of The
Woodlands in unincorporated Montgomery County, Texas, United States, north of
Houston. The Woodlands Mall features six anchor stores: Dick's Sporting Goods,
Dillard's, Forever 21, JCPenney, Macy's, and Nordstrom. With a gross leasable
area of 1,350,000 square feet (125,000 m2), The Woodlands Mall is considered a
super-regional mall by industry definitions.
